Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals.
• Gather resources to execute lease renewals, site acquisitions, and sublease dispositions.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent for high-profile clients; review terms.
• Coordinate the negotiation of sales through field brokers; negotiate leases and track expirations.
• Secure high-value properties to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate service lines; track activity and prepare vouchers.
• Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and operational plans.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for objectives.
• Showcase expertise in job discipline and related fields.
• Coach others to develop deep knowledge across the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE values; persuade at senior levels.
