Job summary

Molex seeks a Director of Corporate Strategy to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, identifying where to compete, how to create value, and the capabilities needed in a rapidly evolving market. You will partner with senior leaders across divisions, business units, and corporate functions to evaluate growth opportunities, emerging technologies, market trends, and strategic investments.

The team collaborates with leadership to define long-term direction and shape key priorities.

Qualifications

Post-MBA or equivalent experience in strategy/ corporate development or analytical roles.
Experience leading fact-based strategy work, market assessments, and investment evaluations.
Ability to work across multiple businesses or functions and operate in ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to identify strategic questions and shape long-term growth.
Lead strategy projects from problem definition through research and execution planning.
Develop viewpoints on technologies, markets, and growth opportunities with actionable recommendations.
Evaluate where to compete and how to win across markets, regions, and business models.
Support enterprise-wide initiatives including AI strategy and capability transformations.
Translate strategic direction into initiatives with milestones and success metrics.
Convey insights through executive-ready presentations and decision frameworks.
