Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, procurement, finance, analytics, GSOP&E, or a related business function.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, global teams while fostering ownership, continuous improvement, and bottom-up contribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Demand Planning team delivering on customer experience and business outcomes.
• Develop leaders and build organizational capability while shaping strategy.
• Champion AI, automation, and data-driven decision making to improve inventory and service levels.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning, Sales, and Manufacturing.
