Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years outside sales experience, preferably ophthalmic.
• 2 years in key/account management or national accounts.
• Sales leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to present to senior/executive level audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Determine and prioritize opportunities and risks to drive growth within strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Market Access, sales, and marketing to design value-added programs and proposals.
• Establish pricing, margin analyses, and contract details for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate responses to health system RFIs/RFPs.
• Present Quarterly Business Reviews and BioTissue value propositions to executive-level customers.
• Align efforts with Regional Sales Directors and field teams.
• Manage contract renewal processes to maximize ASP for local pricing agreements.
• Represent the team at conventions, trade shows and seminars, including some weekends.
• Adhere to BioTissue’s code of conduct and company policies.
