Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, creative, marketing, entertainment or communications agency.
• Proven track record increasing visibility and reputation of an agency, brand or leadership.
• Knowledge of advertising and marketing trade landscape, conferences and awards.
• Strong media, events and industry organization relationships preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive with drive to execute.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategy to raise visibility.
• Identify conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events for executives.
• Build presence with advertising, marketing, entertainment and business outlets.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop new ideas and platforms.
• Identify stories and moments to give UEG a differentiated perspective.
• Develop executive thought leadership and messaging.
• Amplify award-winning work, client successes, and talent externally.
• Lead industry awards, rankings, and recognition opportunities.
• Build relationships with journalists, conference organizers and industry groups.
• Create ongoing calendar of visibility opportunities.
