Daniel J. Edelman Holdings seeks a Senior Manager, Creator Marketing to lead day-to-day creator programs for a major U.S. fashion and retail brand.

You will drive campaigns that blend creator, experiential, and earned media, while managing budgets and negotiating talent. This role sits within a fast-paced, integrated team and requires balance of creative vision and operational rigor. Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creator marketing at an agency, brand, or talent management company.
• Hands-on experience working with creators across tiers (nano to celebrity) and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong contract negotiation and talent management experience.
• Experience building strategic briefs, managing content calendars, and driving measurable results.
• Ability to use data, audience insights, and platform trends to inform strategy and ongoing optimizations.
• Familiarity with developing post-campaign reports and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., PR, paid media, creative, experiential, analytics, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience with creator discovery and tracking platforms (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of creator marketing strategy and execution for a major national fashion and retail client, from planning through launch and wrap.
• Drive ongoing ideation and campaign development tied to key cultural moments, seasonal priorities, product stories, and retail activations.
• Infuse creator strategy into broader integrated marketing efforts, collaborating closely with PR, creative, paid media, experiential, and external partners.
• Build and manage robust creator plans and budgets, with a focus on ROI, quality engagement, and brand impact.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and talent agents across all tiers, with particular fluency in fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
• Manage multiple workstreams with an eye toward quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Serve as a key client point of contact for workstreams, representing the team’s work with professionalism and strategic insight.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering creative thinking and professional development.
