Job summary

DJEH is seeking a Director of Corporate Marketing in New York to elevate the agency’s profile across marketing, advertising, sports and entertainment. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that raise awareness of our people, capabilities and work.

You’ll lead efforts to secure conferences, speaking engagements, panels, podcasts and trade outlets, and you’ll shape executive thought leadership while partnering with teams to amplify award-winning

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or communications agency.
• Strong knowledge of the advertising and marketing trade landscape.
• Existing relationships across media, events and industry organizations preferred.
• Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, you identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Strong executive presence and credibility to work with senior leadership.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and messaging skills.
• Comfortable owning strategy and hands-on execution.
• Based in the New York area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate marketing strategy to increase agency and executive visibility.
• Identify and secure high-impact conferences, speaking engagements, panels, podcasts and industry events for UEG executives.
• Build UEG’s presence with advertising, marketing, entertainment and business trade outlets.
• Partner with the CEO to develop new ideas and platforms positioning UEG as a relevant industry voice.
• Proactively identify agency stories and industry conversations with a differentiated perspective.
• Develop executive thought leadership, messaging and content showcasing UEG’s capabilities.
• Amplify award-winning work, client successes, and agency milestones externally.
• Lead industry awards, rankings and recognition opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and conference organizers.
