Job summary

Delta Dallas is partnering with a mission-driven organization in Dallas to identify a Director of Corporate Giving & Professional Societies. This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on donor development, corporate partnerships, professional networks, and philanthropic engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong business development, fundraising, or relationship management background and be comfortable building relationships, managing a portfolio, asking for financial support,

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience at director level or similar in fundraising, business development, or relationship management.
Ability to build relationships and secure financial commitments.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
Experience presenting to executives and corporate partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of donors and professional contacts for engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Build relationships with donors, corporate partners, professional societies, and community leaders.
Develop and secure corporate sponsorships and philanthropic partnerships.
Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with donors and prospects.
Identify new opportunities through networking, research, referrals, and community involvement.
