Ladders is seeking a Director, Corporate Development & Special Projects to join our leadership team in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role will help build and scale a corporate development function while partnering closely with executive leadership on strategic investments, M&A, and special projects.

The position will evaluate growth opportunities, drive diligence and negotiation, and shape decisions that support long-term strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or VC/PE with a focus on technology M&A.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills in dynamic markets.
• Proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Workspace; familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills for engaging with executives and investors.
• Strong ownership mentality and intellectual curiosity, with a hands-on approach.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Corporate Development & Special Projects to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help build and scale a corporate development function while partnering closely with executive leadership on strategic investments, M&A, and special projects.

The position will play a key role in evaluating growth opportunities, driving diligence and negotiation, and shaping decisions that support long-term strategy.

It also includes market research, competitive analysis, and investor-facing communication work in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
