Why This Role Is Compelling
  • Direct CEO exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one
  • Broad scope across strategy, finance, operations, and growth initiatives
  • High‑visibility seat within a PE‑backed platform
  • Better quality of life than traditional IB or consulting, while maintaining rigor
What You’ll Work On
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic initiatives, reporting, and capital markets activities
  • Own and maintain Excel-based financial models, projections, and scenario analyses
  • Evaluate new growth markets, products, and commercial opportunities, building business cases and economic models
  • Support M&A diligence, deal execution, and integration planning
  • Prepare board‑level and investor‑facing presentations
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and expansion opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Assist in developing processes and infrastructure as the company scales

  • Corporate development, strategy, or transaction‑focused roles
  • Is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, unstructured environments
  • Is eager to take ownership and learn by doing
  • Wants to work hard for a defined period in exchange for accelerated growth and exposure
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.5+ preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentation preparation
  • Experience with or interest in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
