Armada, the edge AI infrastructure leader, seeks a Director, Corporate Controller to own the global accounting function and drive IPO readiness. You will set policy, lead audits, and build a scalable controls environment for a multi-entity hardware/software business.

Responsibilities include overseeing ASC 606 revenue, ASC 842 leases, ASC 718 stock-based compensation, and global consolidations while guiding tax, treasury, and legal partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 5+ years leading an accounting function at a high-growth company.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate, timely US GAAP financial statements for multi-entity operations.
• Own external audits and lead SOX readiness and controls development.
• Lead revenue recognition (ASC 606) for complex hardware, software, and services contracts.
• Define accounting policies and maintain technical positions with auditors and leadership.
• Oversee ERP roadmap and intercompany accounting across international entities.
