Armada is hiring a Director, Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting function from a remote base in the United States. You will own the close, policy, and multi-entity consolidations, and drive IPO readiness with internal controls and auditors.

Responsibilities include revenue recognition on complex hardware, software, and services contracts, intercompany strategy, and government contracting compliance. Strong leadership and Big 4 background preferred.

Formación

• Requires CPA and bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 15+ years accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership in a high-growth company.
• Experience leading SOX-ready controls and external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-entity US GAAP close and reporting processes.
• Lead revenue recognition for complex contracts (ASC 606).
• Manage external audits and SOX readiness program.
• Oversee leases, stock-based compensation, and intercompany
• Drive IPO readiness and internal control improvements.
