Job summary

Covista is a national leader in post-secondary education. The Director, Corporate Applications Services leads technology delivery for enterprise platforms supporting Home Office functions.

You will own end-to-end execution, integration, and durable operations while partnering with executives to align technology with business priorities. The role emphasizes operational excellence, data strategy, and scalable architecture across ERP/Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, and Corporate Affairs, with oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of progressive IT experience including leadership of enterprise/corporate application portfolios.
• Five+ years of people leadership and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Experience leading ERP/Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, and Corporate Affairs applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, AI, workflow, and data management.
• Ability to build executive partnerships and communicate strategy and risks clearly.
• Experience with multi-year enterprise transformation initiatives in ERP/HCM.
• Operational leadership across service ownership, incident management, and vendor management.
• Strong financial, procurement, contract, and resource-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology delivery and operational accountability across the corporate application portfolio (ERP/Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, Corporate Affairs).
• Translate portfolio strategy into sustainable execution and governance in collaboration with business and digital leaders.
• Lead delivery governance, risk management, and roadmap prioritization for major programs.
