  • Establish delivery governance, decision paths, dependency management, risk escalation, and visibility across initiatives while preserving named accountability for major programs.
  • Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to assess options, define practical implementation approaches, and sequence work based on value, readiness, risk, and capacity.
Operational Excellence
  • Own service health and operational performance for corporate applications, including incident and problem management, platform administration, support transition, continuity, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen repeatable support practices, platform knowledge, controls, documentation, and service ownership across the portfolio.
  • Maintain appropriate awareness of enterprise risk, security, privacy, compliance, audit, and data-governance requirements; partner with accountable functions to address gaps and manage remediation.
Integration, Automation, and Data Strategy
  • Guide enterprise integration, API, AI, workflow, and data-management approaches that connect corporate platforms and reduce fragmented solutions.
  • Promote scalable architecture, reliable data flows, appropriate reuse, and clear ownership across enterprise systems and shared capabilities.
  • Ensure technical decisions support interoperability, maintainability, security, and long-term portfolio sustainability.
Executive Business Partnership and Financial Leadership
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with executives and functional leaders; communicate technology choices, risks, tradeoffs, investment needs, and delivery status with clarity.
  • Prepare and administer budgets, oversee procurement and contracting, manage vendors, and apply disciplined cost-benefit thinking to investments and priorities.
  • Align the corporate application strategy and operating plan with Covista IT and Digital priorities, enterprise objectives, and evolving business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
