Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a high-impact Director, Controller for North and Central America to lead accounting and reporting for the Beverage Packaging division. You will ensure timely closes, US GAAP compliance, and act as a trusted adviser to finance, operations, and functional leaders across the division.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Administration Business Discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification.
• CPA/ACA preferred with audit background.
• MBA, CMA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish accounting policies and procedures for Beverage Packaging North & Central America (BPNCA).
• Lead the SOX program for the division and coordinate with Internal/External Audit.
• Oversee external regulatory requirements and COE alignment.
• Partner with Global COE and divisional finance leadership for business partnering and process improvements.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
