Job summary

Amcor is seeking a senior finance leader for NA Beverage Rigid Packaging Solutions. You will oversee financial reporting, general accounting, and the monthly close for ~23 locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.

You will lead a team of 7 through planning, consolidation, and strategic reporting, partnering with tax, audit, and BU finance to drive performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CA or similar preferred.
• 10+ years in accounting and reporting in international environment.
• Experience with SEC reporting and manufacturing preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and tax understanding.
• Proven leadership of direct/indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Financial Reporting team including capital accounting, depreciation and fixed assets.
• Coordinate monthly closing, consolidation and reporting cycle.
• Manage budgeting, forecast and variance analysis with internal controls.
• Lead process improvements and best practices across BG finance.
• Collaborate with Tax, Audit and BU finance teams on key projects.
