Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Director, Controller for North and Central America to lead end-to-end accounting, closing, and US GAAP reporting for the division. You will drive controls, partner with finance and operations, and influence accounting practices across BPNCA while aligning with the Global COE.

You will shape policy, lead remediation efforts, and ensure accurate financials, reporting to senior finance leaders and working on-site in Colorado with hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Administration Business Discipline.
• Professional accountancy qualification (CPA/ACA preferred).
• CPA/ACA preferred with audit background.
• MBA, CMA preferred.
• 10+ years in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function for Beverage Packaging North and Central America (BPNCA).
• Oversee US GAAP reporting and division closes.
• Coordinate SOX program and internal/external audits.
• Partner with Global COE and division leadership on process improvements and controls.
