Job summary

Ball Corporation in Colorado is seeking a Director, Controller for North and Central America. This high-impact role provides end-to-end oversight of the division's accounting and ledgers, ensuring accurate US GAAP closes and strong internal controls while partnering with finance, operations, and functional leaders.

You will lead the SOX program, drive continuous improvement in processes, and collaborate with the Global COE to standardize systems and policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Administration, with strong accounting knowledge.
• CPA/ACA qualification preferred.
• MBA or CMA credentials desirable.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the division's accounting function for BPNCA, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
• Review and sign off all division reporting for US GAAP filings.
• Lead the SOX program and liaise with Internal & External Audit.
• Partner with Global COE and division finance leadership on complex matters.
