Novaspect, Inc. is seeking a Director of Control Systems Engineering to lead Project, Field Services, and Upgrades across our control systems services portfolio. You will ensure safe, high-quality execution, align resources, and drive strategic initiatives with the Systems Solutions Leadership Team.

The role reports to the Senior VP of Systems Solutions and requires executive-level communication, strong business judgment, and a focus on growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
