Job summary

Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. seeks a Director of Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive technical excellence across hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic systems.

You will shape engineering strategy, oversee execution, and mentor top engineers to deliver complex, engineered-to-order solutions. Collaborate with operations, sales, and customers to translate requirements into optimized designs, ensure safety and quality, and advance SIT's long-term growth through

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in hydraulic or electrohydraulic system design
• 5+ years in engineering leadership or management
• Experience delivering engineered-to-order systems in heavy industrial environments

Responsibilities

• Define and execute SIT's engineering strategy
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and design reviews
• Lead team development and succession planning
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during pursuits and proposals
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity and MIL-SPEC standards
