Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Currently admitted and in good standing with at least one U.S. State bar.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, advising on government or international commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise LADS leaders as a strategic legal partner on international opportunities and program execution.
• Provide guidance on U.S. and international laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
