The role requires building and directing a high-performing team, coordinating with National Accounts, field sales, payer entities, and GPOs, while ensuring accurate Model N and Agiloft implementations, and delivering revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years related pharmaceutical industry experience with financial/marketing/contract/market access knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years direct people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of payer rebate claims invoice payment processes.
• Deep understanding of US supply chain players.
• Strong Excel skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• English proficiency required for policy and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting operations team, contract setup, and policies supporting biosimilars and specialty products.
• Negotiate contracts with National Account and field sales with operational support.
• Develop hospital & clinic GPO contract operations processes for rebates.
• Oversee Managed Care invoice and rebate payment management.
• Develop 340B investigation processes for payer contracts.
• Supervise development of EDI and onboarding for biopharma customers.
• Manage Model N setup for new contracts across channels.
• Manage contract invoices and accuracy of payment analysis.
• Develop Agiloft, contract analytics platforms, and contract membership solutions.
• Apply strategic business insights to identify new opportunities.
• Assist on new contract initiatives with Payor, GPO, IDN and Provider agreements.
• Interface with customers on operations and disputes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop tools.
• Contribute to ad-hoc presentations and process solutions.
