Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years with financial/marketing/contract/market access knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of payer medical and pharmacy rebate claims invoice payment process.

Responsibilities

• This role leads a contracting operations team and contract setup to support growth initiatives in Biosimilars and Specialty products.
• Negotiate contracts with Fresenius Kabi customers with operational support from National Account and field sales.
• Develop hospital & clinic GPOs and payer rebates and oversee Managed Care invoice and rebate payment management.
• Develop 340B investigation process for payer contracts and potential Medicaid double dipping.
• Manage Model N setup for new contracts and contract analytics platforms; drive process improvement.
