Job summary

This role collaborates with Contract Analytics, Finance, Legal, Strategic Pricing, and Operations to pressure-test models and drive transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field of study open.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences experience across Contracting, Pricing, Market Access, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or Strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or transformation projects.
• Experience navigating payer, PBM, or regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytical response for new/evolving contracting models across cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize finance, legal, and pricing perspectives into a unified point of view.
• Build executive-ready analyses and recommendations with quantified financial implications.
• Monitor payer, PBM, and regulatory landscape to identify new analytical needs.
• Drive transformation initiatives within Contract Analytics and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with forecasting and digital teams on analytics model evolution.
• Support enterprise data modernization for contract, fee, and rebate data.
• Drive governance improvements and quantify current-state pain points.
• Contribute to monthly finance reviews and rolling forecast inputs.
• Create repeatable analytical frameworks and documentation standards.
