Job summary

GHX invites an accomplished Director of Content Engineering to lead the technology organization for the Content Engineering portfolio. The role oversees geo distributed teams and drives roadmaps spanning Content Workbench, Price Workbench, and Contract Management services.

The candidate should bring 15+ years in SaaS software engineering, 7+ years in leadership, and proven ability to scale large teams. Strong cloud/architecture experience and offshore development exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years' experience in an Engineering Leadership role.
• Experience managing large teams (40+ people) and scaling a business.
• Experience with offshore development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, planning and execution for Content Engineering leaders and teams to deliver business and customer-focused roadmaps.
• Bring deep domain expertise with Software Engineering, Data products, AI in SDLC and System architecture, preferably in Supply Chain Domain.
• Strong Experience in cloud-based SaaS services, API & UI frameworks, and Microservice architectures.
• Hands on experience with GenAI and Agentic Frameworks.
