Job summary

GHX is seeking a Director, Content Engineering to lead the technology organization for the Content Engineering portfolio. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and execution across geo distributed teams, focusing on Content Workbench, Price Workbench and Contract Management services.

You will bring deep domain expertise in data, SaaS, system architecture, and GenAI, while mentoring leaders and shaping high performing organizations. Remote work in the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software Engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years in an Engineering Leadership role.
• Experience managing large teams (40+ people).
• Technical strength in cloud architectures and SDLC.
• Experience with offshore development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Content Engineering strategy, planning and execution.
• Guide geo distributed teams to deliver roadmaps.
• Mentor leaders and build high performance organizations.
• Oversee SaaS, API & UI architectures and microservices.
• Foster collaboration with executives and cross-functional partners.
