Job summary

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Director, Content Engineering reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering. This role leads the technology organization for GHX’s Content Engineering portfolio, focusing on Content Workbench, Price Workbench and Contract Management services.

You will drive strategic direction, plan and execute roadmaps, and mentor geo-distributed teams to deliver high-impact solutions across SaaS platforms, APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of Software Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• 7+ years in Engineering Leadership roles.
• Experience managing large teams (40+ people).
• Technical strength in cloud architectures and SDLC.
• Experience with offshore development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for Content Engineering leaders and teams to deliver roadmaps.
• Provide domain expertise in Software Engineering, Data products, AI in SDLC and Architecture.
• Oversee cloud-based SaaS services, APIs & UI frameworks, and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic Frameworks.
• Mentor geo-distributed leaders and build high-performance cross-geo organizations.
• Develop relationships with executives and communicate effectively.
