In this role, you will build and lead high-performing teams, manage scope, timelines, and resourcing with rigor, and guide strategic decisions with credibility. You will develop compelling business cases and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree from a top university.
• MBA preferred.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in consumer/retail consulting or professional services.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.

• Lead complex client engagements across transformation, performance improvement, and M&A.
• Build and lead high-performing teams on engagements with rigor and speed.
• Manage C-level and board relationships, guiding strategic decisions.
• Identify and execute EBITDA expansion opportunities with CRG leadership.
• Synthesize data into enterprise-level recommendations with P&L impact.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in recruiting.
• Contribute to CRG tools, methodologies, and intellectual property.
