Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree from a top university.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in consumer/retail consulting or related roles.
• Demonstrated success leading and managing complex work streams.
• Advanced proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Strong written communication and client-ready presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.

• Lead complex client engagements across transformation, performance improvement, and M&A; own value creation and client impact.
• Build and lead high-performing teams; manage scope, approach, resourcing, and timelines.
• Own C-level and board relationships; guide strategic decisions with credibility.

• Synthesize financial, operational, and strategic data into enterprise-level recommendations.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across complex organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in recruiting and capability building.
