You will build and lead high-performing teams, manage scope and timelines, and maintain C-level relationships. Requires 6+ years in consumer/retail consulting or related fields, MBA preferred, and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top university, MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in consumer/retail or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Strong written communication and client-ready presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (M-F).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across transformation, performance improvement, and M&A.
• Own value creation and client impact from start to finish.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, manage scope and timelines.
• Own C-level and board relationships; guide strategic decisions.
• Identify EBITDA expansion opportunities with CRG leadership and clients.
• Synthesize data into enterprise-level recommendations with P&L impact.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to recruiting and capability building.
