Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven record.
• Experience managing digital properties in a regulated environment (MLR knowledge).
• Strong analytical approach to decision-making and root-cause analysis.
• Fluency with AI-enabled product, design, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Startup.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Courage in go/no-go product decisions and strong influencing skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and alignment with Pfizer values.

Responsibilities

• Leads branded website development end-to-end and defines success metrics.
• Translate ecosystem strategy into a coherent product roadmap for branded surfaces.
• Own product execution of brand content connectivity to external surfaces.
• Coordinate delivery with design and development teams to keep launches on schedule.
• Define and track success metrics; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with UX to uphold design system and experience standards.
• Work with Operations on launch sequencing and release management.
• Apply AI-enabled product and design tools to accelerate development.
