Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director for Consumer Products & Surfaces to lead product strategy, development, and delivery of Pfizer's branded and select unbranded digital properties. You will own branded websites, define content connectivity to external surfaces, and drive hands-on execution from business case to roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of owning digital product strategy and delivery end to end.
• Experience managing digital properties in a regulated environment with working knowledge of MLR review or equivalent compliance processes.
• Strong analytical approach to decision-making, including root-cause analysis.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled product, design, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Startup.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Definition: Leads branded website development end-to-end, determining a successful branded experience and how it is measured.
• Decide features and capabilities branded surfaces should prioritize, translating strategy and data into a coherent roadmap.
• Translate ecosystem strategy for branded/unbranded surfaces into product decisions with partnerships across teams.
• Own product execution of brand content connectivity to external surfaces with infrastructure and integrations.
• Champion human-centered design to ground decisions in real consumer needs.
