Pfizer seeks a Director, Consumer Products & Surfaces to lead strategy and delivery of branded digital properties in the U.S. This role drives end-to-end product development for branded websites and ensures content connects to external surfaces such as search, AI assistants, and syndication partners.

It requires hands-on execution, strong consumer insight, and cross-functional collaboration with the Ecosystem Strategy team to align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Experience managing digital properties in a regulated environment with MLR review.
• Strong analytical decision-making with root-cause analysis.
• Fluency with AI-enabled product, design, and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead branded website development end-to-end and define what a successful branded experience looks like.
• Translate ecosystem strategy into a coherent roadmap and prioritize features.
• Own product execution of content connectivity to external surfaces and integrations.
• Use prototypes to test, learn, and iterate rapidly from concept to direction.
• Define and track success metrics for branded surfaces and ensure compliance.
