Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, IT, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of ten years delivering digital solutions and/or services.
• Experience in digital strategy, social media, and digital design for customer-facing web/mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create a digital strategy and roadmap with clear audience segmentation.
• Develop and deploy personalized programs to boost engagement among members, providers and influencers.
• Define objectives and metrics; oversee performance measurement and reporting.
• Lead and develop the digital team; collaborate across business areas.
• Manage external vendor partners to support digital initiatives.
• Define omni-channel experiences to drive self-serve adoption and seamless journeys.
