Qualifications

• 12+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management experience.
• 2+ years leading cost management teams within a consulting environment.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Experience delivering cost management services on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery against accountabilities.
• Lead client communications and oversee cost management service delivery.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions and industry trends.
• Produce thought leadership reports and market insights.
• Oversee cost planning, cost controls, forecasting, reporting, and change management.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and KPIs aligned with company goals.
