You will drive growth and market expansion while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, Manufacturing, and senior leadership.

The role combines business acumen, technical understanding, and market insight to translate customer needs into profitable product strategies and drive end-to-end execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience driving product strategy, portfolio management and business growth.
• Experience leading products through lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Strong financial acumen with profitability forecasting and planning.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth for product lines and portfolios.
• Own performance, growth, and profitability of assigned portfolios.
• Drive lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life planning.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain leadership.
• Set revenue, margin, and growth objectives for product lines.
