Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or human resources
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership
• Master’s Degree in relevant field or CCP certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Tech industries
• Experience designing incentive plans
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA, macros, arrays)
• Experience with benchmarking tools MarketPay/BetterComp and reporting tools Tableau
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Compensation professionals to design, deliver and manage compensation programs for assigned client groups
• Inclusive leader fostering belonging and collaboration across Compensation
• Lead meetings with senior executives and influence outcomes
• Define the roadmap and destination state aligned with Total Rewards vision
• Oversee all aspects of Line-of-Business incentive plans with governance
• Lead mid-year and year-end compensation cycles with internal controls
• Proactively manage risks with sound judgment and business acumen
• Build relationships across Total Rewards, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and Risk
• Serve as escalation point for offers, retention, and pay exceptions
• Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends impacting talent
• Develop innovative compensation solutions across stakeholders
