The Director, Compensation is responsible for leading the organization’s compensation strategy, programs, governance, and related processes. This role ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, financially responsible, and aligned with business objectives. The Director partners with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, support annual planning, maintain job architecture, assess market competitiveness, support pay equity, and lead compensation-related initiatives. This position also leads and develops the compensation team.
Director, Compensation
The salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
