The Director, Compensation is a key member of the Saint-Gobain Total Rewards leadership team, reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards. This position manages a team of six and oversees the strategy, plan design, communications, and administration of compensation programs for 19,000 employees across the US and Canada. The role provides operational and strategic leadership to HR and Business leaders in North America to ensure the Total Rewards package remains competitive, meets employee needs, and supports our Employee Value Proposition and core values of Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration. The role requires a passion for delivering innovative, sustainable compensation programs that promote transparency and enhance employee engagement while achieving business objectives.
