They navigate complex tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies to maintain seamless payroll operations. They analyze compensation structures, benchmark salaries, and help ensure competitive pay practices. Collaborating with HR, finance, and external providers, they resolve payroll discrepancies and optimize processes, ensuring compliance and employee trust globally.
This role is remote in Denver, CO, with quarterly travel to our San Francisco, CA office.
For Denver residents, the annual salary range is $120,000 - $130,000 plus bonus. Final offers vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
