ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead broad-based compensation and annual cash incentive programs
  2. Lead team responsible for providing ongoing benchmark and market analysis support to talent and business leaders
  3. Participate in salary surveys to assess company’s compensation competitiveness to market
  4. Subject matter expert to executives, talent leaders and managers on compensation decisions
  5. Identify opportunities for improvement to current compensation processes to create more efficiencies and cross functional collaboration
  6. Work with compensation team to provide ad-hoc compensation analysis
  7. Model compensation cost implications and make recommendations to executives and senior management
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum 7 years progressive experience in compensation
  3. Ability to influence leaders throughout the organization
  4. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work for the team, including ad hoc projects to meet deadlines

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$143,275.86 to $191,034.48

Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards.
