Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design, governance, and administration of global compensation programs. They lead the development of broad-based employee compensation programs while serving as the organization’s subject matter expert for executive compensation, including base pay, short and long-term incentive plans, Board of Directors compensation, proxy-related compensation disclosures, and executive compensation governance. The position partners closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Job Functions:
Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 7-10 years of broad base, executive and board compensation.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 bi-weekly salary. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
