The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services’ Central Regional Hospital seeks a Community Living Program Director to provide clinical and administrative leadership of the Community Living Program.

Reporting to the Director of Psychosocial Treatment, the CLP Director ensures treatment components are clinically sound and integrated with hospital objectives; supervises two Community Employment Program Managers, the Grill Manager, two Job Placement Coordinators, and an Office Assistant

Qualifications

• Experience working in an institutional setting with patients who have serious psychiatric diagnoses.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience in production, purchasing, or related work.
• Experience working with the population served.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership of the Community Living Program.
• Supervise two Community Employment Program Managers, the Grill Manager, two Job Placement Coordinators, and an Office Assistant IV.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to integrate psychosocial treatments with clinical objectives.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in industrial systems technology

Associate’s degree in industrial systems technology

Bachelor’s degree in human service field
