Qualifications

• Qualified Professional with four years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in policy, regulatory oversight, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops and markets programs; ensures compliance with licensure, endorsement, monitoring, and accreditation.
• Recruits and trains staff; oversees program budgeting and staffing patterns.
• Maintains policy manuals; reviews policies with staff and ensures timely revisions.
• Monitors service quality; coordinates data management and information systems.
• Liaises with LME, state agencies, and other organizations; ensures crisis guidance.
• Oversees clinical supervision and ensures adherence to medical necessity criteria.
