Responsibilities

Plans, develops, administers, and evaluates community health programs in line with department goals and MDHHS regulations.
Directs a professional nursing staff, social workers, hearing and vision technicians, and administrative staff delivering services to county clients.
Oversees administrative functions including development and administration of program budgets.
Serves as HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer for the department.
