Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties is seeking a dedicated Nursing Director to lead nursing staff and program coordinators. This full-time role offers direction, clinical expertise, and strategic guidance in developing and delivering community health programs.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Michigan.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or business management; master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of public health nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification recognized by ARC or AHA.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Nursing Director

Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties is seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to serve as our full-time Nursing Director. The Nursing Director provides leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic guidance to nursing staff and program coordinators in the development and delivery of community health programs, policies, and objectives. This position carries director-level responsibility and authority for the professional and technical personnel who provide public and community health services. The Director exercises independent judgment and initiative in planning, directing, and evaluating the quality, effectiveness, and scope of services provided. Qualifications & Requirements:
