Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of public health nursing experience.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with 3 years of public health nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate health trends and assess population health to inform strategies.
• Coordinate health services among Genesee County Health Department, hospitals, and providers.
• Promote access to health services and improve referral systems for underserved populations.
• Teach, counsel and implement preventive and rehabilitative health measures.
• Develop and coordinate special programs; supervise staff and collect data for QA.
