Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Outreach to lead regional relationships that drive enrollment growth through personal referrals. You will design and host events from eight-person dinners to 150-person open houses, and build a network of parent ambassadors across multiple cities, aligning with Alpha Networks for masterclasses and internships.

The role requires regular local travel, on-site presence in multiple cities, and the ability to host weekday evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience building communities or relationship programs with measurable growth through referrals, members, alumni or client relationships.
• Proven ability to design and deliver at least 20 gatherings ranging from small dinners to large events with budgets.
• Track record of engaging public officials or business executives to yield tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month, including open events, city/grade dinners, and family retreats, within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors, and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match them with prospective families during tours.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to secure venues and support for new campuses.
