Job summary

Insurance Office of America invites a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and agency processes. The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, optimize capacity, and support strategic growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC (or equivalent), with 5–7+ years in large broker/agency settings. Remote work is preferred, with onsite options per policy and client needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through planning and alignment.
• Promote EPIC utilization and technology optimization.
