Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with divisional leadership to optimize workflows, scale operations, and drive client value while aligning with IOA’s strategic goals.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership, holds an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations are strongly preferred. Experience with EPIC, change leadership, and mergers/acquisitions is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency
- Active P&C license with CPCU/CIC designation strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and process-improvement capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership
- Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization
- Lead process optimization, capacity planning, and performance analytics
- Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results
- Promote EPIC utilization and technology-driven operational improvements
